When it comes to nutrition and knowing exactly ½       Iǯve
found most people donǯt have a clue.

And that doesnǯt mean Iǯve always known, I used to eat everything bad under the sun and
you would shake your head if you saw what I eat on my cheat days.

Most of the people who I talk too that are trying to lose belly fat claim that they know
what they should be eating but they just donǯt do it.

I have to agree that most people donǯt actually eat the foods to lose belly belly fat but they
also donǯt really know what they should be eating.

When I ask them about their diets and what theyǯre feeding their bodies, itǯs pretty much
the opposite. Theyǯll skip breakfast, eat a ton of fruit, refined carbohydrates, diet sodas
and theyǯll think it has the appearance of a healthy belly fat burning diet.

But I always have to be honest with them and tell them they donǯt know what theyǯre
talking aboutǥbut Iǯll tell them in a nice way

I remember when I thought I was eating Dzhealthydz but I was actually eating a ton of junk.
Even a lot of the nutrition sources that I researched didnǯt really give many specifics and
even some of the stuff they recommend now Iǯll shake my head at.

So I wanted to help you throw some of your junk food out the window for good and give
you a list of foods to eat to lose belly fat.

Ȉ    Ȃ rich in monounsaturated fats along with a ton of fiber, both of which
are linked to burning belly fat

Ȉ   Ȃ help keep you slim by keeping your stomach full. I recommend eating
a handful or two of almonds daily but donǯt go wild with them

 Ȃ strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc. are packed with fiber and
antioxidants, but watch out for the sugar-loaded jams and jellies out there

body can handle it try going for raw milk next time youǯre at the grocery store
