by and through its counsel Cozen O’Connor, and pursuant to Rule 7.1 of the Federal Rules of

Civil Procedure and Local Rule 83.4, hereby discloses ACE’s corporate interests as follows:

1. ACE American Insurance Company is a Pennsylvania corporation. ACE American

Insurance Company is not publicly traded.

2. ACE American Insurance Company is a subsidiary of INA Holdings Company. INA

Holdings Company is not publicly traded.

3. The ultimate parent of all the above entities is ACE Limited, which is publicly traded.

4. Ace American Insurance Company has no publicly-held affiliates.
