Title: Sneak - a – Peek

Objective:
1) For each person to do his/her part when solving a problem as a group.
2) Developing trust factor to properly assign the roles, communicate &
co-ordinate effectively to achieve the goal of the team.
3) Improvising the team productivity & the compatibility level of the group.

Material Required: Matchstick boxes, plain white paper, newspapers.

Group size: 6 or more members.

Procedure:
Build an object with any material (here: matchsticks) and hide it from the
group.
Divide the group into small teams of six to eight members each. Give each
team enough building material so that they could duplicate what has already
been created.
Place the original object in a different room and ask one member from each
team (observer) to come at the same time to have a look at the object for 20
seconds in order to memorize it as much as possible. The observer will then
tell about the structure to the other member (interpreter). They have 90secs
to communicate about the construction of the structure to develop a
duplicate as the one that is already made & hidden.
The interpreter will then address to the rest of the team members what the
observer has described to her and the team members will make the object in
10 minutes. The team which has made the most identical object will win the
game.
