N U F F N A N G ’ S O B L I G AT I O N S
1. To provide Glitterati Plus+ official website for members to be involved in community
activities and events.
2. To subsidize funds for bloggers’ events and activitues subjective to scale of events.
3. Increase frequency of banner ad servings in member’s blog.
4. Guaranteed event passes to Nuffnang branded events. (Blogging is required)

M E M B E R ’ S O B L I G AT I O N S
1. Member must fulfill the basic requirements of being a Glitterati member to become a
Glitterati Plus+ member.
2. Member shall not participate or support directly/indirectly any local ad network that is
deemed by Nuffnang PH as direct competitor.
3. Member should participate in at least 30% from all the Nuffnang activities/events.
4. Member should at least have 5 entries per month on his/her blog.

D U R AT I O N O F A G R E E M E N T
This agreement commences for one (1) year upon signing. Upon expiry, this shall be
renewed automatically for further terms of one (1) year period, unless termination is initiated
by Nuffnang PH or member no later than one (1) month before the end of a term.
I hereby agree to all of the terms stated above and would like to be a Nuffnang
Glitterati Plus+ member/core member.
