    The Department of Health Treatment and Rehabilitation Center in Bicutan, Taguig City Philippines reported an incident involving resident Joseph Macatangay. On February 19, 2011 at 7:30 pm, Macatangay was brought to the medical clinic after contact by his dorm mate. Upon assessment, his vital signs were taken and he displayed redness and inflammation near his right ear. Cold compress treatment was administered. The duty nurses informed the Center Director and Assistant Director of the incident.

    On or about 7:30 pm , resident Macatangay, Joseph of dorm TCJr, was brought to


    the medical clinic due to body contact by his co dorm mate. Upon assessment Vital signs
    was taken and recorded as follows: BP: 100/70; PR: 74; RR:19 T: 36.8 degree Celsius.
    (+) redness and inflammation at right mandibular area near right ear,. Cold compress
    done.
