The first row on each side of the courtroom (in front of the bat) is reserved for the use of counsel and their staff members. 2. The second and third rows on the north side of the courtroom (on the side of the jury box) are reserved for members of the Petit family, 3. The second row on the south side of the courtroom is reserved for members of the Komisarjevsky family. If menabers of the Komisatjevsky family do not occupy this entire row, ‘the court rescrves the right fo assign unused portions of this row to members of the media, 4, The third and fourth rows on the south side of the courtroom are reserved for members of the media, No media organization may have more than one representative in this section. Pursuant to the court's eatlier memorandum of decision regarding the use of electronic devices, the use of electronic devices is permitted unless found to be “disruptive of the court proceeding,” Practice Book § 1-10(a). If disruption occurs, the court will take appropriate action. | 7.No televising, recording, or photographing is permitted in the courtroom, Practice | Book § 1-11(b)? 8, Cellular telephones must be tumed off or on silent mode, 9, Full exhibits will be made available to the media via listserv, The court reserves the | right to make exceptions to this rule in appropriate cases.
