ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM

This is the software to have the control over the entire system of a company on the basis
of Access card.
This system is created to monitor all the employees in the concern to
note the in time and out-time of every one in the company and also to
process the leaves taken by the employees in order to submit the
reports to the respective departments in order to delay in the process.

Employee Personal Information System
This module is used to store employee details. Such as emp no, emp
name, email id..Etc.This module use the table “Employee Personal
Information Table”for storing employee details.
Leave Mention System
This module tells the leave details of the employee. It specifies the
leave taken by the employee and it’s type such as casual leave, earn
leave, medical leave. The employee how many days took leave on a
month and maintain their activities. These works are all maintaining
this module.
This module contains card no, date, and leave type. These fields are all
stored in the database. This module uses the table “Leave Mention
Table “for storing employee details.
Time In Time Out System
This module is used to store the daily attendance of the employees the
relevant time will be stored in database. The process of recovering the
time is done using the card no. The card no is retrieved from the
database. This module uses the table “Time In And Time Out Table “for
storing employee details.
Report System
This module used to generate report as specified. It generates weekly
report, monthly report of an employee and attendance details. These
details are all show on this module. . This module uses the table
“Report Table “for storing employee details.
