CONTOH KARANGAN

Usaha-usaha Menghargai Warga Tua

Keluarga perlu menyayangi warga tua.

berkaitan penderitaan hidup warga tua. Hal ini menyedarkan kita tentang pentingnya
warga tua dalam hidup kita. Oleh itu, kita tidak boleh mengabaikan warga tua.

Pihak swasta perlu membantu warga tua.

Benifits Of Reading

For many, reading has many benefits that continue to enhance their lives. Their lives are
bettered in some the following ways: mentally, spiritually and sociality. Also, if we
develop a habit reading will we become more confident and self assured in abilities to
comprehend and understand all types of information. Let's further examine some of the
benefits of reading.

One of the other main benefits of reading is that it exercises your mind. Your mind
begins to bend and flex mentally, It stays lose and limber so to you can flow easier
through the course of the day. The regular routine ensures that the reading muscle stays in
good shape as well as the mind. Just like physical exercise, there has to be a
determination to make reading part of your life. If you understand the many benefits of
reading, you will have no trouble adopting a regular habit of reading.

Reading has other benefits to the regular reader which is the ability to focus. When the
mind istrained and channeled, it begins to pay attention more thoroughly. For example,
when you are faced with some of life's difficult and challenging assignments, you will
have the ability to stay calm and objectively look at the problem, circumstances or
required task. If you continue to read, you continue to stay focused; bottom line.

There is perhaps no greater avenue to learning then through reading. All people, great and
small, have learned more things by reading then practically anywhere other way. When
we continue to read, we have the ability to expand our minds tremendously. We review
the pages of knowledge left by those who came before us. We than begin to add to the
knowledge as the cycle of humanity continue. The regular routine reading has positively
chanced the course many peoples' lives.

Finally, when we develop a practice a habit of reading, we are building solid foundation
on which to build. This foundation of reading will allow us to accomplish many goals and
ambitions we have for our lives....

1. Providing an escape from the day-to-day

Fiction is a great way to take a quick immediate break, to be instantly transported into
another world. Today you could be in America, in the deep south with Alice Walker’s
‘The Colour Purple’, tomorrow in the Australian bush with Tim Winton’s ‘Dirt Music’,
next week in downtown London with Helen Fielding’s ‘Bridget Jones Diary’ and next
month in Ireland with Jim O’Neill’s ‘At Swim, Two Boys’. There is no limit to the places
fiction can take you.

2. Relaxation
There is something about stopping to focus on words arranged for our reading pleasure
that is instantly relaxing. Maybe it’s staying still, something that doesn’t seem to happen
often enough. Maybe it’s knowing that we are stepping into a secret world that we have
to relax enough to enter. Then there is the words themselves. The beauty and rhythm of
language has the ability to calm and relax us.

3. Stress relief
Taking your mind off your own problems, even for a few minutes, can have a therapeutic
effect and be a timely circuit breaker. This is so effective that the National Health System
in the United Kingdom has introduced a ‘Reading and You Scheme’. The scheme
encourages mental health patients to read more as part of their therapy for reducing stress
and overcoming anxiety, depression and social isolation.

4. Stimulates the right side of your brain

Reading opens your mind to new possibilities. It stretches your imagination in new and
wonderful directions and takes your mind on a wonderful journey through others’ lives.
What would you do if you were Jo Becker in ‘While I Was Gone’ by Sue Miller? Would
you tell your husband and three daughters about a grisly crime that happened when you
were a university student? Or would you try to pretend it never happened?

5. Entertaining
Fiction is capable of provoking many and varied emotional responses – it can make you
laugh out loud, it can make tears spill onto the page, it can be edge-of-the seat...

Benefits of reading

Whenever i see it, or even give it a peek , I feel that it admonishes me ,it wants to get out
of its prison between shelves "please get me out of here",as it has been there for a long
time. It feels lonely in this world, or rather, the Arab world. Did you guess it? It's a book!
After that, it reloads me of the responsibility of sending his message to those whom I
know, and that’s why I wrote this essay.

"A home without books is like a room without windows". Have you ever wondered the
benefits of reading? or why and what should we read? There are a lot of endless benefits
of it, lets see some of them:
at first ,it develops the average of attention span and the ability to concentrate at length.
It's also well known that reading expands our interests and horizons of knowledge,
improves our creativity and ability to analyze what happens around us well. But the most
important aim of reading we can reap is the practical side or the culture .one of culture
meanings is the sum of informations ,values ,conceptions and clues that control our
behaviors in life.so, we can conclude the answer of why to read,by saying we should read
the positive books that give us a positive push and behaviors in every aspect of life .If u
inspect this meaning well ,you will know how islam cares about this side.

Our prophet (pbuh) was a quran walking on the land" that's how his companions
described him. Just getting this saying is a cogent proof of the importance of reading _the
good books in Islam. Take a look at our past, when the caliph was giving that wrote or
translated a book, a quantity of gold as the weight of the book. But these manners were
surrounded by a country ruled by Islamic law ,in other words, they have never ever forgot
their holy book, their first book issue. Because if we forget our holy book, we will simply
forget the other books at all, and then, we will lead ourselves to the abyss, and that what
happens at this time. "

Whenever u ask anybody here whether he reads or not ,he replied of being busy ,or
because he does not love reading because it’s a boring stuff! Is it a right excuse !Or
because he does not a ware of the importance of reading!Ok.there are many other reasons
of lacking of reading ,for example , poverty _that leads to an intellectual poverty_,the
book itself, the media ,especially the Internet and TV that give us information quickly
and easily, the recklessness of youths that forms 60% of our society and the most
important reason as I wrote above is forgetting quran which should be read everyday.
Thats why our poor .but does he feel lonely in there? I think thatbook feels lonely here
he is so excited!

We have many festivals here, right? But what is it mostly about? Dancing and singing are
the most important! Ok, have we ever thought about year of reading! Yes , that happens
at UK, to encourage children to read and their parents how to choose good books for
them. Imagine that lots of people there ,send their 2years old children to the libraries to
strengthen the bond between them and books and to develop the sense of affinity in
them , in order to be good readers in the future! At the time that we publish 1 book per
350thousand people ,they publish 1 book per 15 thousand! They use amazing ways to
spread reading everywhere, for example ,at UK there is a bookshop in every school to
buy , the income to these book shops reached one million pounds in a year! In fact, after
reading about how they deal with books ,I notice that they focus on teaching children the
reading and try to create an exciting environment to make them good readers, because
children now are the builders of tomorrow.

Finally ,that’s what I could write about reading, I hope that we regain our values and use
it in our life and take care of our holy book to become the best nation in the world.
Remember, that when voltair was asked about future leaders ,he replied "those who
read",so, you can choose whether to be one of these 2%leaders or one of the
98%followers!anyway, its your choice!

Sharing devices such as printers saves money. Files can easily be shared between users.
Network users can communicate by email. Security is good - users cannot see other users'
files unlike on stand-alone machines. A file server is easy to back up as all the data is
stored in one place. A computer allows a person to manipulate data easily and quickly,
create text documents, edit them, print them, manipulate images, print them, send text
and images over the Internet, download information over the Internet, interact with other
people easily from home, keep records of transactions, activities, plan trips, and generally
do far more than a person without a computer. Computers are very useful to make
everyday life a lot easier. You can check the weather, email, search items, buy things
type papers and much much more. You can also play games and post blogs and other
stuff. People use computers in many ways. Can be used in business, inventions and
scanners.

Computers help children to be in control of their experience, to set their own pace, and to
select the level of challenge with which they feel comfortable. Computers help children
to use all of their senses to extract information. Computers fascinate kids and can draw
their full attention, which often results in a deeper focus and concentration. Computers
enable children to learn through creating, just as they gain hands-on knowledge and
understanding when they build forts, make up stories, and paint, increase their skills.
Good educational software enables children to develop and practice a broad range skill. It
can help them learn, for example, about letters, numbers, shapes, colours, and rhythm.
Good software can also help children develop their understanding of cause and effect,
higher order problem solving, procedural thinking, and creative expression. Today, the
wide range of multimedia available for kids in India is really amazing. Computers are
helpful because they offer a wide range of functions and services that are not available
anywhere else. There are four main uses: word processing, internet/communications,
digital video/audio composition, and desktop publishing.

Disadvantages

The teenagers of today's society have changed dramatically due to the Computer.
Nowadays, the majority of teenagers have a PC and it has played a key role in their lives.
Teenagers need to be equipped with knowledge of computer technology, as most things
in life require the use of computers. One disadvantage of owning a computer is the
information that students can access from the Internet. The Internet has also made the
youth of today quite lazy, especially in terms of their education. If a student needs to
research information for school, they merely access a relevant site and download the
information, rarely paying attention to what is written. Purchasing the network cabling
and file servers can be expensive. If the file server breaks down the files on the file server
become inaccessible. Viruses can spread to other computers throughout a computer
network. There is a danger of hacking, particularly with wide area networks.

Computers are very engaging on children as well as adults. Kids with access to software
that is not age appropriate may be exposed to such negative influences as violence, strong
language, and over-stimulation from fast-action graphics.
