Co' i ·~s: No pathogens were found on the sample submitted and it
would be unlikely for a turf pathogen to be active at this time
of year. Our measurement of soil pH (5.7) indicated that pH
is too low. Low pH can lead to nutrient deficiencies, which
would account for the yellowing observed on the sample
::ubmitted. It would be advisable to have a soil test done on a
representative soil sample to confirm our results. The VT Soil
Testing Lab can provide recommendations for raising soil pH.
