OBJECTIVE:
To provide for a uniform, stable and reasonably competitive compensation structure for all
employees.
To rationalize the compensation policy, positions are classified into grades. The grades and
respective designations are as below:
GRADE DESIGNATION
Executives-1 M.D, President,V.P
Executives-2 Sr. Manager
Manager-1 Manager
Workmen-1 Operator
Workmen-2 Workers
Base salaries:
Base salaries are typically determined through competitive
“benchmarking” based primarily on general industry salary surveys and
supplemented by detailed analyses of selected industry or market peers.
EDUCATION ALLOWANCE
Management Staff will be entitled to Education Allowance as follows:
RS 200
MEDICAL ALLOWANCE
Management staff will be paid Medical allowance @ 8.33% of Basic
Salary per month.
LEAVE TRAVEL ASSISTANCE
The LTA will be paid at the rate of one month’s Basic salary per year
or as per decided by company.
TELEPHONE ALLOWANCE
PETROL ALLOWANCE
Petrol Allowance will be paid as under:
