to 600mm in width.
Standard (TT1), medium (TT3) and heavy duty
(TT5) profiles.
Also available in hotdip galvanised, stainless
steel and aluminium finishes.
TT1 - 25mm deep
TT3 - 50mm deep
TT5 - 75mm deep

OUTER BEND RAIL

(OBR)
TASMAN TRAY OBRs allow you to
manufacture a purpose made bend to suit
the exact application.
Available in 1.200 and 2.400 metre lengths.
(Fasteners ordered seperately.)

LINK PLATES (LP)

Using TASMAN TRAY LPs you can
manufacture internal or external risers by
simply cutting the side rail and installing
the fixed Link Plate.
Available in 30˚ and 45˚ plates.

TEE GUSSET (TEG)
Both tees and cross junctions can be easily
made by simply cutting the side wall of the
TASMAN TRAY to the desired width folding
down the edge and fixing the TEGs to both
trays.

SPLICE PLATE (SP)

TASMAN TRAY SPs are easily bolted in place
to create a solid connection between two
lengths of TASMAN TRAY.

HOLD DOWN
BRACKET (HDB)
Use TASMAN TRAY HDBs to solidly fix
TASMAN TRAY onto strut.
The HDB is designed to be used with M8
fasteners.

M8 BOLT & NUT

ASSEMBLY
Serated flange headed bolt and nut designed
especially for TASMAN TRAY ensures a tight
friction fit with all TASMAN TRAY accessories.
