Took on external consultant role with this professionally conducted full lifecycle project to develop a Manchester, UK
solution in response to a structural change in the energy sector. Performed secondary research and
primary interviews with 10 senior managers and gathered insightful knowledge about the energy (gas
and electricity) sector, market, the organization, the competitors and customers. Evaluated pros and cons
of various forms/structures of partnership as the recommended viable options. Developed the process of
integration among partners highlighting the importance and techniques of organizational architect,
cultural alignment and human factor in the change process.

4. Data Warehouse and Data Mining, SITC Container Lines Co., Ltd. 06/2002-12/2004
As chief business representative, co-led an integrated Data Management project for data collection, Qingdao, China
channelling, modelling, and analysis to support decision-making process both at operational and
corporate levels. Worked in cross-function teams including technicians, staff, line managers, senior
executives and the CEO to define and translate the requirement of decision makers at all levels by
indentifying decision variables, mapping process, designing models and matrixes to improve the
accuracy, transparency, effectiveness and efficiency of the decision-making process.
