New labour contract (Employment Contract) is required when (Offline Process)
- FTH Contract is converted to a Regular employee
There is a requirement for Managers to be notified in MSS and also receive an em
ail notification, 6 weeks prior to fixed term contract end date. HR will run Con
tract Expiry Report every month to track which employee s contract is due to end i
n the next 6 weeks, and inform managers by email.
Business Requirement:
Labour Law requires the new contract start date to be one calendar day after the
end date of previous contract.
It is required for the Portal request form to provide instructions to the Manage
r on how to complete the form.
HR approver will review before approval to ensure that the managers follow the g
uidelines.

ly custom report, Contracts Gratuity Payment Report the report will have details
like Personal Number, Employee Name, Start and End of Contract dates and gratui
ty percentage. HR will review & communicate the same to the BPD payroll team for
payment.
