    Kek lumut

     500gm butter
     1 and 1/2 cup sugar
     Essence vanila
     10 eggs
     3 cups plain flour
     1/2 can condensed milk
     1 cup horlicks
     1 cup kaya spread
     1 cup nestum
     Food Coloring (green) - we need this a lot!

    1. Beat butter and sugar till creamy.


    2. Eggs & vanilla - beat.
    3. Condensed milk & kaya spread- beat.
    4. Plain flour, nestum & horlicks.
    5. Color.
    6. Grease pan, baking sheet, pour batter into pan. Cover with plastik and tie. (i covered with
    aluminium foil)
    7. Steam - 4 hours.
