Re: Hotel classification inspection report

In reference to your letter dated 12th January, 2010 regarding the above subject matter I
write to indicate that we will for now settle for a 3 STAR Category and will in earnest
endeavour to acquire/improve on the prerequisite for a 4 Star hotel in due course

You will all agree with me that certain facilities such as children’s swimming and other
optional points mentioned in your report is costly and requires some long term investment,
however we are determined and will certainly not rest until we achieve our target of a 4
Star.

We will no doubt invite you again for another round of classification exercise once we are
confident of our improvement or achievement.

We once again thank you and count on your patience, understanding and cooperation.
