    i) Your answer should not exceed seven (7) typed pages (excluding the cover page)
    ii) Use the times news roman font size 12.
    iii) Use 1.5 spacing between lines.
    iv) Divide your paper into suitable sections.

    Discuss fideicommissary substitution as a testamentary institution. In particular comment


    upon the legal nature of fideicommissum, requirements for a valid fideicommissum, the
    manner in which a fideicommissum is created, the legal position of a fiduciary and
    fideicommissary, and lastly the manner in which a fideicommissum is terminated.
