Isang taos pusong pagbati ang ipinaaabot ko kasama ang Sangguniang Valedictorian
Barangay ng Barangay Ibabang Tayuman, sa mga mag-aaral na magtatapos sa Quezelco I Medal of Academic Excellence
taong ito. Sa wakas ang inyong pagsisikap sa loob ng apat na taon ay nagkaroon na
ng katuparan.
Maligayang pagbati rin sa ating mga magulang na hindi nagsasawang
tumulong sa kanilang mga anak at ganoon din sa paaralan. Kahit mahirap ang
buhay ay naririyan pa rin sila at malakas na lumalaban mapagtapos lang ang
kanilang mga anak. Nakikita naman natin na unti-unti tayong nakaaangat sa
kahirapan kung tayo’y patuloy na magsisikap at hindi mawawalan ng pag-asa sa
ating mga puso.
