Support the Red Cross with the gift of life by donating blood. Snacks and juice provided for donors.

Writing for Change SLC Public Library downtown, 6-9 pm
Students are encouraged to participate and learn how to write letters to their political leaders to
initiate change in their communities.

Fill the Bins Jordan Campus, JHS 8 am to 4:30 pm
Donate your gently used clothes, toys, and toiletries for the Volunteers of America. Bins are located
in various locations within the Health Sciences building.

Garden Party
Taylorsville Redwood Community Garden, 9-10 am
Anyone is welcome in the community garden to learn about the importance of buying food that
is locally grown, food sustainability, and how community gardens enhance personal bonds to the
community.
