PROPOSAL

Considering that the associates of the CPA had been never called to pronounce itself on the
adhesion to the FICM (Federation Internationale Des Clubs de Motorhomes);

Considering that in the General meeting of 27th November of 2010 the associates had understood
that the participation in FICM must be analyzed and be ratified (or not) for the continuation in this
Federation;

Considering that although, FICM exists since 1976 (35 years) is not known any relevant work than
the promotion of “EUROCCs” since 2005 and correspondence about the permission to drive
vehicles up to 4200 kg. with a driving license type B;

Considering that in the last General meeting of the FICM, that had place in 20th April of 2010, in
Colmar, the themes were about bureaucratic aspects and the permission to drive vehicles up to
4200 kg. with a driving license type B;

Considering that is not displayed in the only public information that FICM provides - the site - any
another activity that the promotion of “EUROCCs” since 2005 and correspondence about the
permission of driving vehicles up to 4200 kg. with a driving license type B, therefore it has to be
understood that these are the most important subjects of the FICM, probably the only ones, or it
would exist other kind of information;

Considering that it is not visible that the FICM has contributed to improve subjects on any aspect
related with the motorhoming and, very especially, on parking/ overnight stays versus to camp;

Considering that the CPA as addressed to all the associates of the FICM (and the respective
Board) the “Declaration of Principles of the Platform of Unit” in Portuguese, Spanish, French,
Italian, German and English, without receiving any reaction, mainly from the Board of the FICM, in
a subject that is important, at least, to the motorcaravanners of Portugal, Spain, France and Italy,
it became clear the little attention and the incapacity of directing an adjusted involvement on this
conflict of interests;

Considering despite in the past having been paid annually an amount of 700 euros, to stay in
FICM, our present policies imply that it will have to be paid the annual sum of 2000 euros

The Board of the Clube Português de Autocaravanas considers:

That the General meeting votes against the permanence of the Clube Português de
Autocaravanas in the Federation Internationale des Clubs de Motorhomes.
