Terms & Conditions

1. Brokerage charged are exclusive of STT, Service Tax, Stamp Duty and any other leviable exchange charges.
2. Account activation Charges are non refundable.
3. Advance Subscription is refundable only by way of adjustment against brokerage
4. Advance Subscription is adjustable against brokerage only for a period of 12 months & any unadjusted amount will be fortified.
5. All Premium category clients will be entitled to get Browser + Market Watch free of cost for 12 months.
6. All Premium accounts would require to give a fresh Advance Subscription after the validity period to avail the same brokerage slab else would be converted to
Xperience by default.
7. The company reserves the right to change the Advance Subscription amount at any given point of time and the same would be applicable to all premium accounts
after validity period.
8. A minimum brokerage of Rs. 6/- per order or 2.5% of the value (whichever is lower) will be charged.
9. Xperience clients will be charged Rs. 200 per annum as DP AMC Charges from 2nd year.
