About this Document:

This document explains how to access PassPort site whenever you cannot authenticate to the EDS Network because of a
forgotten or expired Domain password or the Account Domain is locked out.

If you have forgotten your Domain password, or it is expired, you can use the Secure Kiosk feature to access PassPort
and change your password.

Basic requirement:
You must have setup your Challenges and Responses on PassPort previously. Please go to
https://logon.passport.eds.com to have them setup.

How to use Secure Kiosk?

Start up your pc as normal, with your network cable attached to the EDS*LANS.
When you are prompted to enter a Global ID and password to get authenticated to the domain, replace your NetID and
put 'Password' instead and then hit enter. Entering a password is not necessary! Please fill in the correct domain you
belong to (EMEA, APAC, AMER).

You will be taken directly to the PassPort logon page (https://logon.passport.eds.com/) and will go through the normal
motions to get the password reset:

1. On the Passport Logon web page, please enter your personal NetID and click on 'Locked out/Forgotten
passwords…click here'.

2. You will be prompted to validate yourself via the defined Challenges/Responses

3. Upon successful validation, you will then proceed through PassPort to reset his password

4. If done, please exit PassPort.

5. Please restart your pc via CTRL + ALT + DEL as you will not yet be able to access the network normally; but
upon successful restart, you can logon to your domain using your NetID and your newly reset password

The feature, Secure Kiosk, is simply an additional path into accessing PassPort. It doesn't affect the existing utilization
of PassPort at all.
