Following Matters discussed and have the following remarks

1 Mr. Habib khan strongly raised the man power issue and City Cool assured Merck not to have situation
showed his concern if this situation goes on, it would effect such like before and now onwards man power
service contract issues will not be there.
2 Mr.Habib khan also said the output which he desired have It was told that this issue was due to the tool
not been come upto the standards till now. provision confusion b/w Merck and City Cool.
Now City cool has arranged tool and situation
will be improved in future.
3 Full coordination with Merck technical team in energy Assured full cooperation in this regards
conservation and environment protection
4 Uniforms availibilty in the factory as quotation has been Quotation and advance invoice has been signed
approved by Merck. and city cool will provide uniforms till 22 Feb,
2010.
Uniforms and safety shoes lockers/space will be
provided by Mr.Muqtada
5 we pointed out to minimize the un authorize access in the Mr. Habib khan assured to manage it.

6 vacuum cleaner without dust filter required for proper Dust filter has been ordered and it is awaited
collection of dust from return air in solid manufacturing and for dust collector shaker city cool team will
area for proper and safe working. do the inspection
7 Leakage of steam and water at various place. City cool pointed out the places where insulation
is not there on steam lines, Merck will do
insulation itself.
-Points where insulation is there but leakage in
progress then City Cool will do corrective action
and after that city cool put insulation again on
the lines.

8 Qualification Documents of employees Will be dispatched to Merck today (ISA)
