How much should you weigh?

Not an easy question to answer. It depends on your height, gender,


muscle mass, fitness etc. However, a simple way to work out
whether you’re weight is on track or not is to use your Body Mass
Index (BMI).

BMI uses a mathematical formula that takes into account both a


person's height and weight. BMI equals a person's mass divided by
the square of a person’s height.

You have a normal weight if your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9. If
your BMI is between 25.0 and 29.9 you are overweight. If its
between 30.0 and 39.9 you are obese and if its above 40 you are
morbidly obese.
