Garrick Tyson Varney (W/M: 11-11-81) was banned by the homeowner Charles Gainey.

110424-1231-01 Domestic Disturbance 6704 Colonial Garden Dr

The complainant at stated address overheard her neighbors arguing and phoned police. Upon officers arrival it
was determined only a verbal altercation took place between a couple.

110424-1301-01 Domestic Disturbance 9313 Hambright Rd.

Two juveniles had a verbal argument regarding money. Parties disputed who was responsible for bills. The
eviction process was explained. No further action was taken.

110424-1335-02 B/E 12215 Mascot Ln.

Forced entry was made to a storage building and a air compressor was taken. There was an attempt to break
into the residence through the back door.

110424-1336-01 Assault 14205-E2 Reese Blvd

The complainant stated there was an assault when his ex-wife intentionally threw food. He was advised of the
warrant process.
110424-1631-01 Damage to Property 204 S. Old Statesville Rd
On 04-23-2011, the victim stated that he noticed the back window of his storage building was damaged. The
victim stated that he was not going to call the police but decided that someone needed to know what was going
on in the area. The victim advised me that the window was not damaged on Saturday 04-16-2011.

Complainant stated that her boyfriend is at the residence at threatening to take her personal belongings. The
investigation is still ongoing when watch log was completed.

110424-1659-01 Domestic Disturbance 10118 Drew Ct

Officers responded to this location for an argument between father and daughter. The investigation is ongoing
when the watch log was being completed.
