HOW TO USE THE DRAG AND DROP POWERPOINT MACRO

1. Open and save the ppt

catsanddogs.ppt.

2. Delete the slides and insert a

new BLANK slide

3. Add objects you want to

drag – these can be
clipart, drawings, pictures,
Word art.

4. For each object you want to make

‘draggable’, right click and select ‘action
settings’ – select RUN MACRO and
select DRAGANDDROP. AT the same
time you can also select a sound to play
from the PLAY SOUND menu.

PLAY THE GAME!

Top tips! It is best to

 save the file as a PPS from the

save as menu.
 Make the file ‘read only’ (right click
on the file icon and check the ‘read only’ box). This
make the objects revert back to their ‘unsorted’
original locations when the file is closed.
