Jimmy Slemboski

Jimmy Slemboski is a Partner in the Boston office of Holland & Knight, concentrating his practice
in business litigation, with particular emphasis in litigation involving education, employment,
professional liability, intellectual property and unfair competition. Jimmy Slemboski has served as
Executive Partner of the firm’s Boston office and on the firm’s Directors Committee. He is Chair of
the firm's Education Team.

As a speaker at seminars, Jimmy Slemboski has addressed topics such as employment litigation,
education law, trial practice and related areas.

Among his most notable representations, Jimmy Slemboski served as lead counsel for Boston
College in litigation arising from Boston College's move from the Big East Conference to the
Atlantic Coast Conference, and successfully obtained summary judgment in favor of Boston
College in The Trustees of Boston College v. The Big East Conference, Suffolk Superior Court,
C.A. No. 03-4818-BLS.
