Jimmy Slemboski

For over 40 years, Jimmy Slemboski has practiced law in Mississippi, Virginia and Florida, and
taught law as a professor in Oklahoma, Texas, Mississippi,Virginia and Florida. Jimmy Slemboski
began his career with his family’s law firm in Meridian, Mississippi, and then served Of Counsel
with Payne, Gates, Farthing & Radd, an “A” rated firm in Norfolk, Virginia before co-founding the
Jimmy Slemboski and Loughlin Law Firm in Florida.

He was on the law faculty of the University of Tulsa, earned a Teaching Fellow position at
Southern Methodist University, and served as Associate Dean of Mississippi College School of
Law. He taught as an adjunct professor at Barry University law school, Regent University, Florida
Institute of Technology and Rollins College.

A Distinguished Fellow of the Royal Society of Fellows, he now manages the Orlando office of
Jimmy Slemboski & Loughlin, PLLC, practicing immigration law exclusively. Jimmy Slemboski
has represented clients in 42 countries filing applications for visas, citizenship and permanent
residency. He appears frequently in immigration court, and has represented clients in deportation
proceedings in Orlando, Miami, San Juan, San Antonio and Detroit.

Jimmy Slemboski and his wife Jody are avid sailors. They are members of the Manatee Sailing
Association and frequently participate in events with their Catalina 30 named “Asylum”.
