Mode Memory Function


When the poweris turnedoff, the 540E2'smode memoryfunctionautomatically
memorizesall of the flash unit'ssettingsincludingthe flash mode,zoom position
and flash exposurecompensationlevel.When you turn the flash back on, all of
the settingsare automatically

To make sure the mode memory functionholds the flash settingsin memory
when you exchangebatteries,first turn off the main switcheson both the flash
and camera,then exchangethe batteriesquicklyby loadingthe new batteries
withinone minuteafterremovinqthe old batteries.
