The following sequence has to be followed for the Seminar Report

• Problem Definition & Analysis (or Introduction) ................. (01 page)

• Literature Review ...................................................................(05 to 10 pages)

• Solution Design(include present system, proposed system, Block diagram of

the system, Objectives of the system) ....................................(03 to 05 pages)

• Implementation & design details (explanation of each block with

specifications) ........................................................................(05 to 10 Pages)

• Software Implementation details (must include Algorithms & Flowcharts if

required).................................................................................(05 to 07 Pages)

• Work done till date ...............................................................(03 to o5 Pages)

• Advantages / Applications ....................................................(01 to 02 pages)

• Conclusions ..........................................................................(01 to 02 pages)

Note: Seminar Report should not be more than 30 to 35 pages

GUIDLINES FOR SEMINAR PRESENTATION

(For TE students only)

1) Presentation should follow the sequence of Seminar report.

2) Presentation should be of 20 to 30 minutes & include minimum 20 slides (01 minute
per slide) & maximum 30 slides(01 minute per slide)

3) The presentation has to be equally shared among the project partners.

4) Presentation slides should include major points only, which has to be elaborated.
Theory (or statements) is not allowed.

5) The presentation has to be finished in time (no extra time will be provided unless &
until the Project Co-ordinator/ External suggests.)
