Enclosed is your 7 Step FSBO Follow Up Sequence. We use www.icontact.com to set up your
video email autoresponder. Each email will drip out weekly (Day 0, Day 7, Day 14, etc). There
are two links in each email, linking to your educational video for your FSBO prospect. This is
designed to DRAMATICALLY improve lead conversion.

You will answer the questions raised in the email, in your video. Be 100% educational and
authentic, no sales. Just help them sell their home. This will earn their trust and position you as
their go-to expert when it comes to selling their home (so they call YOU when they can't seem
to sell it within the first 30-60 days).

Then, in your 'P.S.', I include a soft call to action and a link to your 'Why Hire Me' Video. I
suggest it's a video of happy FSBO (i.e. private sellers) saying great things about you and the
results you deliver for them. The video must also include your unique seller value proposition
(what EXACTLY will you do for them that's different and better than every other Realtor or
option.)

How do you get their email address?

1.) Call and offer them your FREE course, no obligation.


2.) Send them a FedEx offering your FREE course, no-obligation
3.) Leave a flyer on their doorstep offering your FREE course, etc.
4.) Have your past FSBO clients send them a letter of recommendation offering your course
(most powerful)
5.) Reach out to them on Twitter or Facebook; link to your course.

The KEY is, you make yourself the invited guest to the sale, not the annoying pest. All the other
Realtors are pressing hard for an appointment and closing too quickly. Please understand the
sales process - 'bait' them with the course, position yourself as the expert, and let the sale come
to you by making phone calls to follow-up on your emails sent.
