Spinelli Anise Banana Bread..Anthony Spinelli.

Bake in a 325 degree fahrenheit oven for 60 minutes...

Until inserted toothpick comes out clean from center..
1-cup sugar..
1-teaspoon cinnamon powder..
1-stick room temperature butter unsalted..
2-eggs..1-teaspoon anise extract...
3-ripe bananas...mashed..
1-ounce milk..1-teaspoon vanilla extract..
2-cups all purpose flour..
1-teaspoon baking powder..
1-teaspoon baking soda..
1/2-teaspoon of salt..if using salted butter..eliminate this salt..
Mix butter and sugar...add eggs...add mashed bananas..vanilla extract.
plus the anise extract...
Then add flour,baking powder,cinnamon,baking soda,,,mix into batter..
Pour into a 9x5x3 loaf pan that has been greased and floured...
Bake until inserted pick in center comes out clean..This will be
about 1 hour of baking time...Check after one hour..
Enjoy this recipe that i have been making for many years now,but i
add the Spinelli touch with the anise extract and the vanilla extract
