Each workshop is broken down to multiple experiential sessions
structured as follows:
 Overview by facilitator
 Introduction and definition of an oversight topic
 (As appropriate a practical exercise)
 Participant feedback and discussion of prior experiences
administration and logistics
The basic workshop is structured to run for between three to four
hours dependent on the use of practical examples. An early start,
e.g. 8am is often selected to make it easier to be scheduled in
executives diaries.
