Officer Smith requested the vietim to appear at the Denver Children’s Advocacy Center on August 4 2010 for further investigation, ‘On August 4, 2010 Detective Johnson responded to the Denver Children’s Advocacy Center and observed the forensic interview with the listed victim ~ 105) 2006. stated she was inside the preschool classroom when her teacher known as “Ben” licked her vagina with his tongue and ticked her vagina with his hand. _ stated she told Ben to stop and he did not. was presented with an anatomical Grawling of a female, and she circled the vagina as the area being touched by her teacher Ben. On August 04, 2010 Detective Johnson contacted the Children’s Center at Parkhill Methodist Church, and spoke with Candice Robins the Child Care Director. Robins confirmed that she has « male employee named Benjamin Janicki 05/20/1991 and he works in the preschool classroom, and he is the teacher that works with the listed victim.
