    1. The above GDRs will be granted listing on the Official List of SGX-ST on 25 November 2009 . The GDRs will NOT be traded
    on SGX-ST as the securities will not be CDP eligible and hence unable to be settled through CDP.

    2. Dealing in GDRs is restricted to institutional investors, accredited investors, and such other persons as prescribed under
    Sections 274 and 275 of the Securities and Futures Act as well as Chapter 2 of the Listing Manual. Members are reminded
    to comply with SGX-ST Rules 3.1.3(3) and 3.1.4, and Practice Note 12.3.1, 12.3.2.
