hopeless teeth. Hopeless teeth are those that can not be restored due to severe
bone loss, severe decay, large infections, fractures, or poor misalignment.
In addition, a porcelain veneer and a porcelain crown were placed on the
adjacent teeth to match everything up into an even, aesthetically pleasing
appearance. Dr. Langer uses only gold for the abutements to enhance for
strength, durability and aesthetics. They observe the health of the tissue, and
fabricate only custom abutements, which are abutments are the "post and core"
that is screwed into the implant.  The crown is than cemented over it. This allows
for excellent tissue maintenance, aesthetics and overall fit.

According to Dr. Langer, the most difficult part of any implant case is tissue
maintenance and aesthetics. It's important to get the tissue to "fit" around crowns
without any spaces, while referring to an excellent periodontist to place all
