1) find the mass of solute

2) find the total mass (mass of solute + mass of water)

3) rearrange density formula to solve for volume: V = mass / density

4) convert volume to Liters

5) plug volume into molarity: Molarity = moles of solute / volume of solution

Finding Mass percent

1) take the mass of solute from above

2) then take the total mass of solute and solvent from above

3) (Mass of solute / mass of solute and solvent) x 100

Finding Mole fraction

1) take the moles of solute from above

2) find the moles of the solvent

3) Find the Total of 1) and 2)

4) moles of solute / Total moles = mole fraction
