Evacuation Exercise Summary

In date 16/5/10 conducted training and evacuation training exercise, according to work
instruction No. 6, safety and emergency under section 8, how to get organized in ground,
fire and every case that has a need to evacuate people ..

Exercise phases:

1 - Step Training:
Managers, administrative workers and production workers, received training and
documented forms, 6-04.1 (tutorial workers) and 6-05 (Activity Summary Report Training
Planning) ..

2 - Step practice:
Practice production workers exit in case of fire, according to the instructions and training
received, the exit was orderly and according to scenarios in the field.

3 - point safety inspection cry:

A - Checking warning system including the cry in the event of fire.
B - On stopping the practice took place production lines by pressing an emergency button.
C - Tested automatically opening doors a fire.

Summary:

1 - The exercise was carried out since the will, practice some of the options in a house fire
centers packaging.
2 – The exercise took place in season there is no pressure of work, so you should make
exercise season, when the packing house is full.
3 - Step 3 all the points worked correctly.
