The aim of this module is to increase and stimulate awareness of strategic project management issues that are of importance in enhancing the performance of
construction project management in the UK context. The module aims to provoke thought and ideas concerning how project managers can become more successful.

UK construction performance and PM failure; Lean Construction; Process Mapping; Performance Measurement and Benchmarking; Leadership and Influence;
Supply Chain Management and Strategic Partnering.
