Subject Mentor Meeting Proforma
Due to GB being absent from school for the past weeks, there have been no
subject mentor meetings, and therefore no targets set.

agreed that GB and KD would meet after school tomorrow to discuss the final
assessment lesson plan. KD has already e-mailed college to provide the final
assessment timetable.
Planning for next week’s two Subject Mentor observations
Practice
N/A – Next week being the half-term holidays, so no observations will occur. N/A
KS2, but feedback from EW’s observation yesterday was helpful. EW stated that
GB needed to achieve a more even balance between child initiated and adult
initiated, and provide more scope for assessment for the EYFS profiles.
During a team-planning meeting, the details for next terms topics were
confirmed. GB will teach a CLL literacy-based session with the focus upon mini-
beasts.
