How can I fix a Stock Inconsistency ?

Issue: You are facing the following symptons in your system: -> negative stocks are not allowed but it is possible to see negative quantities/values into MM-IM transactions. -> error message 'M7 314 - Valuated Stocks becomes negative' is being raised in MM-IM transactions. -> differences are being noticed betwen MM database tables. So you are facing a Stock Inconsistency and it cannot be fixed by yourself. A SAP developer should analyze and fix it, if necessary. Solution: You should go throgh the SAP notes 34440, 32236 and 76926. -> SAP note 34440 explains in which cases SAP will fix Stock Inconsistencies. See Remarks Topics (1) and (4).
