Yorkville Advisors Completes Up to 20M Liquidity Line with Renta Corporacin (Jersey City, NJ June 15, 2011) Yorkville

e Advisors, LLC (Yorkville), the US-based alternative investment manager, is pleased to announce it has entered into a liquidity line of up to 20 million on behalf of YA Global Dutch BV (YA Global), the subsidiary of a fund managed by Yorkville, with international real estate group Renta Corporacin Real Estate, S.A. (Renta Corporacin). The liquidity line is offered pursuant to a Schedule to the 2002 Master ISDA Agreement (the Agreement) and is conceptually similar to the Standby Equity Distribution Agreements (SEDA) traditionally offered by Yorkville. Pioneered 10 years ago by Yorkville, a SEDA offers companies a low risk, cost effective way of optimizing their capital structure in pursuit of their growth strategy. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, Renta Corporacin has the discretion to withdraw funds of up to 20 million (of which 10 million are immediately accessible). The funds must be drawn in tranches in exchange for the issue of new equity for a period of 36 months pursuant to the terms of the transaction documents. Upon receipt of a withdrawal request from Renta Corporacin, YA Global will initially subscribe for the shares at a purchase price determined by an independent auditor. Following the shares admission to trading, YA Global and Renta Corporacin will, every five trading days, adjust the purchase price for a number of shares equal to 20% of each days trading volume, so that the adjusted purchase price for such shares is 95% of the lowest daily volume weighted average price during such 5 trading day period.
