    FOR VALUE RECEIVED, I promise to pay without need of demand to Mr. B or order, at his office at #25 San Jose St. Peafrancia Avenue, Naga City, Philippines, the principal amount of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P500, 000.00), Philippine Currency, on or before June 15, 2010. In addition to the foregoing, I promise to pay monthly interest rate of THREE PERCENT (3%) without need of demand, starting from the month of February 2010, until this note is fully paid.
