Through this work I would like to bring the genesis of the traditional food and it gastronomy. I would also like to focus on traditional way of preparing the food and its changing forms. Robert Fripp, guitarist and cofounder of the band king Crimson, Music is the wine that fills the cup of silence. Middle East has been the worlds hottest destination for the tourist across the world. There are many factors that tourists choose UAE or any other Middle Eastern states as their destination. Through this research, I am trying to understand the theory of sustainability of the intangible heritage like food and music which has turned out to be glocal rather than just being global in last decade. The cultural ethnicity of this part of the world has multi-dimensional approach. Hence, it focuses on the gastronomy of the food and usage of music to give the rhythm of glocalized market that has been able to draw the tourism.
