Accidents can be caused by human factors one of which is due to a lack of knowledge, implementation of worker attitudes and actions which are still lacking. With the knowledge of good use of PPE and the application of a good attitude and actions, it can minimize the occurrence of workplace accidents . The aim is to determine the factors that influence the behavior of the use of PPE to workers at PT. Binamitra Sumberartha. The study was cross sectional analytic approach. The collecting data using questionnaires with a sample of 100 workers. The data analysis technique used is the Chi Square test with E = 0,05. The results showed that the results of bivariate analysis found no relationship between knowledge and use of PPE result p = 0.000 (p <0.05). There is a relationship between attitudes to the use of PPE result p = 0.000 (p <0.05). There is a relationship between the availability of PPE with the results obtained by the use of PPE p = 0.001 (p <0.05). No relationship between with the use of PPE PPE obtained result p = 0887 (p <0.05). There is a relationship between training with results obtained by the use of PPE p = 0016 (p <0.05). There was no relationship between the rules with the use of PPE result p = 1 (p> 0.05). There is a relationship between monitoring results obtained with the use of PPE p = 0.025 (p <0.05). It is recommended for follow-up, an effort that can be done by the company is doing maintenance, PPE training and continuous sup ervision and scheduled. Conduct fit and proper test that is by inviting suppliers to counseling APD by forming the sample for physical testing.
