VOLUNTEER FOR HONOR FLIGHT CHICAGO - 20JUL2011 from 1845-2100 at Midway Airport - Depart from Gate 3 parking lot (200H) at 1630 - Transportation will be provided by JEA - Uniform: Dress Whites with ribbons and no name tags 4. JULY FUNDRAISER - Krispy Kreme Donut Sale - Date & Time: 15 July 2011 from 0630 to 1000 - Location: Entire FHCC (East & West Campuses) via POCs - Cost: $6 per dozen - Pre-orders delivered to 1523, 1007, 237, 152 and West campus. - Pre-order deadline is set for 14 July 2011 COB 5. AUGUST FUNDRASIER SUGGESTIONS - Car wash - Location: TBD 6. JEA MEET & GREET - Recognize newly selected Pos - All E-5 and below are welcome to attend - Free food (hot dogs, hamburgers, etc.) - Date & Time: 15 July 2011, 1100-1400 - Location: Base Marina

FY12 ELECTIONS - Candidates must prepare a short speech to run for the executive board - Election date is TBD - Candidates must be currently active - Interested candidates contact the current executive board 8. JEA LOGO & COIN - HM2 Ko s design is JEA s official logo (Thank you, HM2) - HM2 Ko also designed JEA s coin. Decision on the coin will be made based on authorization to use command log for one side 9. MEMBER RECOGNITION - Members will be awarded with a Certificate for all the volunteer events they attend (HM2 Ko will be designing the certificate) - Pg. 13 will be given to all participants 10. ADVANCEMENT STUDY GROUP - September advancement study group is held weekdays from 1500-1700 - Saturday session is held at the base library from 1300-1500 - Check email for daily reminder and topics 11.
