Requirements :
Vegetables (drumstick, brinjal, plantain, pumpkin) - 10 pieces Tamarind mixture - 1 cup Sesame Oil - 1 tb spoon Salt - a little
To Grind :
Coriander seeds - 1 tb spoon Red chillies - 3 Black pepper tsp spoon Small onion - 5 Coconut - 3 tb.spoon Curry Leaves little
To Seasoning :
Mustard tsp spoon Fenugreek seeds tsp spoon Small onion (cut into small pieces) cup Curry Leaves little
Method :
Dry fry and grind the given. Cook the Vegetable pieces. Add oil in the kadai and fry the given seasonings. Along with that, add tamarind mixture, cooked vegetables, ground paste and salt to boil. Its Ready...
Note:
It will take a little time to grind the coriander seeds. So instead, use the coriander powder. .
