MADELEINE COOKIES Ingredients 1. less than 1 cup of caster sugar 2. 2 eggs 3. 175 grams of melted butter 4.

1 cup of sifted flour 5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extra 6. Food colouring Method 1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius 2. Mix sugar and egg over boiling water and do not stop mixing for 30 seconds 3. Take it off the water and mix it for 10 minutes or more 4. Add the butter and mix thoroughly 5. Sift the flour multiple times and mix with the batter 6. If desired add food colouring now 7. Spray oil over the trays and sprinkle flour 8. Place half a spoonful into each madeleine fill 9. Bake for about 10 minutes

CHOC CHIP COOKIES Ingredients 1. 1 cup butter 2. cup of sugar 3. cup of brown sugar 4. 2 eggs 5. 2 teaspoon vanilla extract 6. 3 cups flour 7. Choc chips Method 1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius 2. Melt the butter & sugars until smooth 3. Add egg & vanilla extract 4. Slowly sift the flour in parts and mix 5. Add choc chips now

Drop onto tray in spoonfuls Bake for about 10 minutes or until gold Cool & serve with milk
