Strengths 1. Youth-led initiative and will involve services form the youth. 2.

First of its kind i believe it will get a lot of support. 3. Wide coverage. 4. Global citizenship with increased movement of people especially volunteers from allover the world. 5. Growing social network for making presence known. 6. Existence of many youth-led organisations like AIESEC international,Rotaract clubs,Youths of the United Nations(YUNA). Weaknesses 1. lack of core funding for the project. 2. lack of experts to run project,just will incur costs in training the volunteers. 3. Rural setting with almost no roads and social utilities like electricity,water and the like. 4. fear of operating in these areas. 5. Pioneer project that will take time to gain visibility. 6. High volunteer transition being from different parts of the country and the world in a very local setting.

Opportunities 1. Quicken the recovery process through educational empowerment. 2. Deepen knowledge and understanding of the youth,women and girls. 3. Make the people more aware of the world around them. 4. improve and impart skills to the opportunities around them. 5. Create a platform for youth to volunteer. 6. Close the gap in the education for the people. 7. Partner with other Social interventions within the region. Threats 1. Fear amongst the target population. 2. Risk of being a mistaken for government aid therefore misunderstood.
