PARENT INFORMATION MSLRP 2011-12 SEMESTER

Welcome parents, thank you for supporting Faith Formation.

Parent Orientation/Information Meeting and handbook distribution is Sunday, September 18, 2011 from 9:00 to 9:50 AM in the McKeon Center. It will be repeated Tuesday September 20, 2011 at 6:30 PM also in the McKeon Center. Please plan on attending either the Sunday or Tuesday meeting; First Communion information will also be distributed. When the primary language at home is Spanish, and the child is registered in the English program, we highly recommend the parents attend meetings in Spanish, (i.e., Spanish Program orientation meetings & Parent Sacramental Meetings). Please request a copy of the Spanish Program cover sheet/schedule. Toda reunin se presentarn en espaol, por favor consulte el calendario en espaol. Registration ends August 31, 2011. Any forms received after that date will be subject to room availability. First thru Sixth Grade classes begin Sunday September 25, 2011, 9:00AM to 9:50AM. Pre-School & Kindergarten begins September 25, 2011, 10:00AM to 11:15AM (or until Mass ends). Middle School and High School classes begin Tuesday September 27, 2011, 6:30PM to 8:00PM. Youth Faith Formation Program, Grades 7 thru 12 and Confirmation meet Tuesday Evenings. Students in 6th grade have the option of attending either Sunday or Tuesday classes, please specify which day you prefer when registering. Larry LaGrasta (760-547-0712) coordinates all English grades thru 8th grade. Bill Bischoff (760-547- 0702) coordinates grades 9 thru 12 and Confirmation. Our Faith Formation programs are open to all registered members of MSLRP. Having your parish envelope number available will expedite the registration process. Your envelope number is also your parishioner ID number. If you are new to our parish, please request a Parish Registration Form. Religious Education Office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Wednesday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday and 8:00am to 12 Noon Sunday during semester class dates.
