Task 1 - Identify opportunities to develop own performance Supply evidence that you have identified your own current learning needs: a) Identify skills and competence requirements for your role (from job descriptions, analysis of work or peer discussion) and validate according to organisational requirements. Organisational requirements may include but are not limited to own leader, peers, 360 feedback. Compare your current performance against these. a. Task 2 - Plan own development Write your personal development plan. Make sure you include evidence of the following in your personal development plan: a) Consult with relevant people regarding the feasibility and practicality of your development programme ensuring all plan requirements are within organisational and resource requirements and scheduled timeframes. Task 3 - Develop self Implement your personal development plan and monitor own performance. a) Any variations from the plan are identified and addressed within the agreed timeframe of the development plan.
